- 1 food processor
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 chicken thigh or chicken fingers cook as much chicken as desired for extras for additional meals and/or to freeze for later
- 1-2 tbsp bbq sauce to your taste
- 1 tsp seasoned salt substitute any seasoning of choice
- ½-1 cup chicken broth substitute vegetable broth or water if desired. may require larger amount depending on amount of chicken to reach desired consistency
Instructions
- Prepare chicken pieces with seasoning added and rubbed in . I prefer boneless and skinless chicken thighs or fingers that cook faster without drying out.
- Cook chicken as desired with method of choice (grill, oven, air fryer , crockpot), basting with bbq sauce while cooking until done.
- Allow chicken to cool, then cut into small 1 inch pieces to add to the food processor
- Process until chicken resembles fine crumbs
- Add chicken broth in small amounts and continue to process until desired smooth pudding consistency. You can also add additional bbq sauce at this time as well if you'd like a stronger bbq flavor.
- Add food thickener if accidentally thinned the chicken too much.
